Carexue Inc ("Carexue," "we," "us") provides medical equipment sourcing, installation, and servicing to healthcare facilities, and the MedTime medication reminder app. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and the MedTime app, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you contact us through this website — by phone, email, or the inquiry form — we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, facility name, and details about your equipment needs.
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels. We do not collect information automatically beyond what your browser sends as part of a normal page request.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries about equipment, servicing, or orders
- To communicate about an active or prior order
- For our own business records
We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
The MedTime app
Carexue Inc also provides MedTime, a medication reminder app for patients and their family caregivers. When you use MedTime, we collect the information you enter so the app can work for you:
- Account details: your name, email address, country, date of birth (patients), and optionally your address and photo
- Your mobile number, if you choose to add one for text message or WhatsApp alerts
- Your medicines, schedules, dose history, refill counts, appointments and health readings you log
- Messages between a patient and the caregivers they have invited
- Basic crash and error reports, so we can fix problems in the app
We use this information only to provide MedTime: to remind you, to show your information to the caregivers and doctors you choose to link, and to send the alerts you have asked for. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. App data is stored with our cloud provider, Google Firebase. You can delete your MedTime account and its data at any time from the Account page in the app, or by contacting us.
Text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp
If you add your mobile number in MedTime and agree to receive alerts, we send you text messages or WhatsApp messages about your own reminders or the patients you look after: dose reminders, missed-dose alerts and refill reminders. We use Twilio to deliver these messages, and Meta (WhatsApp) for WhatsApp messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your number is shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.
Message frequency varies with your medication schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or by removing your number in the app. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and order information, and MedTime account information while your account is open, for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet any legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to delete information you've previously shared with us by contacting us using the details below, unless we're required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
