This website provides general information about Carexue Inc and our services. Equipment listed or described on this site is illustrative; exact availability, specifications, and pricing are confirmed directly with you before any order is placed.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, clinical, or regulatory advice. Facilities are responsible for confirming that any equipment purchased meets their own regulatory, licensing, and clinical requirements.
Orders and agreements
Any equipment order, installation, or servicing agreement is governed by the specific terms agreed between Carexue Inc and the purchasing facility at the time of that order, not by this website alone.
The MedTime app
MedTime is a medication reminder app provided by Carexue Inc. It helps you remember your medicines; it does not replace your doctor, pharmacist or the instructions that come with your medicines. Always follow your healthcare provider's advice. MedTime is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
SMS & WhatsApp Terms (MedTime Alerts)
- Program: MedTime Alerts, from Carexue Inc. Medication dose reminders, missed-dose alerts for family caregivers, and refill reminders.
- How you join: by entering your own mobile number in the MedTime app and agreeing to receive MedTime alerts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your medication schedule and the patients you look after.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can also remove your number in the app.

- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or consent with third parties for marketing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Carexue Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
